Set up a steel wire leading to the cylinder and the machine base on the small wheel of the cable stand again, and correct them according to the machine base so that they are on the centerline position of the machine base. Then adjust the cylinder according to this line so that the center line of the cylinder coincides with this line.

When calibrating the cylinder to measure the position of the steel wire, can be carried out on sections I-I of the front end of the cylinder and sections II-II of the outer casing of the stuffing box.

If possible, it can also be measured on the rear end section of the gas storage tank, and the measuring point should be 20-30 mm away from the ends of the cylinder.

When measuring, be sure to calculate the error of the wire deflection. If the center line of the cylinder is not correct, it can be adjusted by adjusting the tightness of the connecting bolt cap of the machine base, adding a thin pad between the flange surface and the connecting end face of the cylinder, or filing the port where the machine base contacts the cylinder.

The allowable error of the center of the cylinder must be within 0.10 mm/m. While measuring the fine steel wire, use a level ruler to check the levelness of the cylinder on the lower arc mirror in the cylinder. The allowable deviation of cylinder levelness is within 0.10 mm/m. The installation method of the high-pressure cylinder is the same as that of the low-pressure cylinder.

3. Regularly check the air intake control valve, minimum pressure valve, electric control box connection terminal, safety valve, and cooling fan;
